According to Kremlin, Russian President Vladimir Putin formally congratulated Donald Trump on his election victory. Putin said he hoped “for cooperation in ending a crisis in Russian-American relations.”

The Kenyan president took to twitter to offer his congratulatory message:
“The American people have spoken, and they have spoken clearly. They have chosen Donald Trump as their 45th president. British Prime Minister Theresa May said she looked forward to working with Trump and building on the two countries’ longstanding “special relationship.

Through twitter, the Israeli prime minister offered to Trump:
“I congratulate Donald Trump on being elected the 45th president of the United States of America. I believe we will continue to strengthen the unique alliance between our two countries and bring it to ever greater heights.”
Mahmoud Abbas: Palestinian President
The Palestinian president said he “congratulates the elected American president, Donald Trump, and hopes that peace will be achieved during his term.”
Rodrigo Duterte: Philippines President.
Duterte, who’d lashed out at Barack Obama for criticizing his deadly anti-drug crackdown, found common ground with Trump. “Long live Mr. Trump! We both curse at the slightest reason. We are alike.”
Francois Hollande: French President
A clearly uneasy Hollande said Trump’s election “opens a period of uncertainty.” The French president claimed “certain positions taken by Donald Trump during the American campaign must be confronted with the values and interests we share with the United States.”
Angela Merkel-German Chancellor.
Chancellor Merkel offered Trump “close cooperation” on the basis of shared trans-Atlantic values that include respect for human dignity regardless of people’s origin, gender or religion.”
Haider al-Abadi: Iraqi Prime Minister
The Iraqi government appeared hopeful. “Look forward to continued US support for Iraq in the war against terror,” Prime Minister Abadi tweeted.
Justin Trudeau-Canadian Prime Minister
Prime Minister Justin Trudeau offered his own well-wishes, saying, “Canada has no closer friend, partner, and ally than the United States. We look forward to working very closely with President-elect Trump, his administration, and with the United States Congress in the years ahead, including on issues such as trade, investment, and international peace and security.”
Pope Francis:
Through secretary of state Cardinal Pietro Parolin, the pope offered Trump congratulations noting that “his government can be truly fruitful” he added the Vatican offered its prayers “that the Lord illuminates and sustains him in service of his country, naturally, but also in service of the well-being and peace of the world.”
Tayyip Erdogan-Turkish prime minister
The Turkish Prime Minister called on Donald Trump to extradite U.S. based Muslim cleric Fethullah Gulen-blamed by Ankara for the failed coup in July-as soon as he is sworn in. He also hoped that the new leadership in the United States would take into consideration Turkey’s sensitivities concerning the fight against terrorism, give priorities to policies that would bring peace and stability to the region and advance traditional friendship between the two countries

Ping congratulated Trump on winning the U.S. presidency over the phone and said:
